In New York, after a troubled process of divorce, the thirty-seven years old Raphael "Rafi" Gardet meets the twenty-three years old Jew David Bloomberg in a session of "Blow-up" and they start seeing each other. Rafi tells details of her relationship with David to her psychoanalyst Lisa Metzger, who stimulates Rafi to go on and forget the difference of ages. When Lisa finds that David is actually her son, she faces an ethical and personal dilemma. - Prime (2005)
i was watching this movie on Friday night with my 23-year old toy boy. i know, tough coincidence. never in my wildest dream i would hook up with such young berondong. when i look at him, the thought of 'you are dating your younger cousin that (used to) look up to you when you were younger. how the hell can you fuck him?' crosses my mind so many time. it's like molesting a child under his parents roof. it doesn't feel right.
but really, how young is too young? when you're 23, you suppose to have your own mind and able to decide, rite? 7 years difference seems rather daunting. but i've never been happier than now; considering i just got out of 7 years of broken marriage and had attempt to date a 7 years older guy who apparently never ready for steady date, let alone settling down. and what is it with 7 anyways?
i know both of you date(d) younger men. what do you think? and no, don't give me those Demi Moore - Aston Kutcher, Cameron Diaz - Justin Timberlake or Donna Agnesia - Darius Sinathriya samples as benchmark. i need some realistic-empirical studies here. and yes, he's hot. although i think he's a solid 9, it needs more than gorgeous body for this to work out, rite?
